Yes, engraving is available on most pieces. Please request this during the design stage.

Our bespoke process typically takes 4–5 weeks once your order has been confirmed.

Full payment is required upfront once the order is placed.

As an independent retailer, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We recommend a professional service every 12–18 months. This may include polishing, checking stone settings, and ensuring clasps and chains are secure. Please note this is a paid service.

This depends on the work required. You will be given an estimated timeframe when your jewellery is booked in.

Lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds but created in controlled conditions. They are more affordable and considered eco-conscious, while natural diamonds carry rarity and tradition. Both sparkle beautifully — the choice is personal.

“KDM” refers to jewellery soldered with cadmium, often seen in Indian jewellery. It is not an official hallmark and can affect purity and resale value.

Many overseas items stamped “22ct” can test closer to 19–20ct when checked with XRF testing. This is due to inconsistent hallmarking practices. UK Assay Office hallmarking provides the most reliable guarantee of gold purity.
